🚨 CRITICAL: Enable Real Analytics Data
⚠️ URGENT: Without this setup, your analysis will only show estimates and basic insights. Real Google Analytics data provides 10x more accurate results including actual traffic trends, conversion rates, and competitor comparisons.
Step 1: Add Service Account to Google Analytics
- Go to Google Analytics
- Click "Admin" (gear icon at bottom-left)
- In the middle column labeled "Property", click "Property access management"
- Click the blue "+" button (top-right)
- Select "Add users"
- In the email field, paste this email:

- Uncheck "Notify new users by email"
- Make sure "Viewer" role is selected
- Click "Add"
Step 2: Get Your Property ID
- Still in Google Analytics Admin
- In the "Property" column, click "Property Settings"
- At the top, you'll see "PROPERTY ID"
- It looks like:
properties/123456789 - Copy this ID and send it back to us
⚠️ Important: The Property ID format must be
properties/123456789 (not just the numbers)
